By downloading, installing, or using Legacy Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on behalf of any child using the app.

Legacy Quest is a gamified leadership development platform designed for children aged 6 and older. The app allows parents to assign chores and leadership missions, track progress, and reward children with virtual coins, XP, ranks, and badges.

The app includes Brain Academy cognitive games, Health Academy fitness routines, a marketplace for reward redemption, and supporter features for family engagement.

Parents are responsible for creating and managing child accounts and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Parents must ensure that child profile information (name, age, photo) is accurate and that the child's use of the app is supervised appropriately.

Parents are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and child PINs.

Supporters who use share links are responsible for the content of any encouragement messages or donations they submit.

Leadership Coins, XP, and ranks within Legacy Quest are virtual currency and achievements with no real-world monetary value.

Coins and rewards are earned through chore completions, missions, and game performance, and are managed by the parent account holder.

Marketplace items and reward redemptions are fulfilled at the parent's discretion. The app facilitates tracking only — parents are responsible for delivering physical or digital rewards to their children.

Donations made by supporters are virtual coin gifts that require parent approval before being added to a child's balance.

Users agree to use Legacy Quest only for its intended purpose: supporting children's leadership development through positive reinforcement and gamified tasks.

Users must not submit abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content in encouragement messages, declarations, or journal entries.

Users must not attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the application or its data.

Parents must not use the app to assign tasks that are unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to their child's wellbeing.

Legacy Quest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game scores and progress will always be accurately retained.

The app is a supplementary tool for leadership development and does not replace professional guidance, education, or parental supervision.

Legacy Quest, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

We are not responsible for any rewards promised by parents to their children through the marketplace system.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app (the app is free, so this amount is zero).

Parents may delete individual child profiles or their entire parent account (including all child data) at any time from the Settings page.

Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

This feature is provided in compliance with Google Play Store and COPPA requirements.
